epocrates App Reviews

Needs optimization for 6/6+ looks very ugly all zoomed

I am nurse who works in Arctic outposts with no on site MD. Epocrates provides valuable up to date info even when no internet is available. I use this app daily with clients and in teaching other nurses.

Excellent app! Handy! Would be super useful if Canadian meds info is also available

One of the few medication apps I have found that does not require buying the full version.

Easy to use

Good for medication reviews. I particularly like the interaction check and the picture quiz. Wish they listed Canadian-only meds on the app ... but its still a wealth of info.

Very straightforward and quick response make it very useful for point of care utilization.

I have been using epocrates more than 10 years, starting with palm pilot version. Very handy concise and easy to use. Kelps getting better with each update. Information are reliable. Wish however it has Canadian contents as well. Highly recommended

Some Canadians here complain about American-only content. It doesnt bother me. Most drugs are found by their generic name, and the very few that dont exist in the U.S. (ie. Gliclazide) I look for in the CPS. They chose to write it for Americans. They are allowed to make that editorial decision.

Very easy to use and very reliable all the time. There it gets five stars from a cancer patient. Thanks for the app.

I have been using Epocrates since its inception. It still is a superb resource and has successfully changed with the times Only suggestion I currently have is the ability to enlarge or download pictures from the photo quizzes so details are easier to view. Thankyou for a great app.

Been using for many years. Is USA centric, but as a CDN I still find it extremely useful and user friendly. Thanks Epocrates

Excellent fast resource for wards

I love this app! Its quick and easy to use. I can enter all of my medication and find any interactions with ease. The pill identifier is also an easy way to find any generic medication. And I love taking the e-review questions and picture quizzes. Always a learning experience! Thanks so much for this wonderful app!

Found this app when I worked in Dr office in fact he showed me as the nurse its nice to be able to look up my pts drugs and help them understand why they need to take it are why it works the way it does.Some time the pt may not know the name of the drugs but with the picture guide they can see and recall it also like the articles and the charts with BMI and the others.Good apps just wish the update wasnt so high,maybe later.Good suggestion for nurses
